Everything from the brioche burger buns, to the hot sauces is hand-made in Caravelle’s kitchen. If we can make it we don’t buy it!

All our ingredients are market-sourced, freshly cooked and always seasonal.
Our Tacos are piled high with home-made pickles, crispy fried fish, smoked carñitas, tender beef, rotisserie chicken, truffled mushrooms and lots more. The Caravelle Double Cheeseburger packs a double patty, bacon jam, bacon, trashy cheddar & home-made pickles. Try it with a liberal sprinkling of Caravelle Hot Sauce.
Our La Marzocco Linea semi-automatic coffee machine gives us the perfect extraction every time. The coffee is from Barcelona-based roasters Nomad . Their beans are sourced sustainably and traded fairly from Brazil to Ethiopia to Guatemala. Our milk is delivered directly to our door from a local farm in L’Ametlla Del Valles, 30km north of Barcelona.
We are working with the only farmhouse brewery in Catalunya - Art Cerversers - to produce a range of Caravelle Craft Beers. The first - Galactic Pale Ale - melds tropical Australian hops varieties Galaxy and Ella, with a light toffee malt backbone. It goes down easily and complements our tacos and hot sauces perfectly.
Available on draught and in the bottle.
Our second beer will be a hoppy lager using new Australian Hops Enigma and Vic Secret. Expect a crisp, dry and clean lager, with flavours of gooseberry and pineapple. We also serve a range of local and international craft beers.
