Everything from the brioche burger buns, to the hot sauces is hand-made in Caravelle’s kitchen. If we can make it we don’t buy it!
Feast on the Cuban Sandwich with slow-cooked pork belly, ham, cheese, mustard & homemade pickles. Try the roast pumpkin Salad with feta, pickled celery, lentils & walnuts. Or the steak tostada with bone marrow frijoles, guac & green tomato pico de gallo.
All our ingredients are market-sourced, freshly cooked and always seasonal.
Our Tacos are piled high with home-made pickles, crispy fried fish, smoked carñitas, tender beef, rotisserie chicken, truffled mushrooms and lots more. The Caravelle Double Cheeseburger packs a double patty, bacon jam, bacon, trashy cheddar & home-made pickles. Try it with a liberal sprinkling of Caravelle Hot Sauce.
Our La Marzocco Linea semi-automatic coffee machine gives us the perfect extraction every time. We use beans that are sourced sustainably and traded fairly from Barcelona-based roasters Nomad, and occasionally other speciality roasters in Spain & Europe. Our milk is delivered directly to our door from a local farm in L’Ametlla Del Valles, 30km north of Barcelona. Single origin filter coffee, our own Cold Brew and a wide range of organic teas are also on the menu. Our passionate baristas are always happy to help and talk coffee with you!
All our beer is brewed on site in Caravelle's Nano Brewery. We produce a core range of craft beers including Galactic Pale Ale which melds tropical Australian hops varieties Galaxy and Ella. It goes down easily and complements our tacos and hot sauces perfectly.
Mixtape is a New-World Pilsner, using Antipodean hops Vic Secret, Riwaka, Pacific Jade and Pacifica. It's a crisp and clean lager, with spicy citrus flavours.
Our first IPA is Midnight Run. A liberal dose of Enigma, Wai Iti, Kohatu and Halletau Blanc hops gives an aroma of wild strawberry, gooseberry and pineapple. For an IPA we keep the bitterness smooth, making it an easy-drinking favourite.
New for spring/summer comes Peachy Keen, our Golden Ale. It's a refreshing stone fruit orchard of a beer, featuring Ella, Summer and Azacca hops.
